Farmers are expected to call in through the provided numbers and ask to be linked with professionals or service providers in a certain field.
The call center agents will then provide the caller with the contacts of the available professionals or service providers near them.
It is expected that the farmer contacts several of the call professionals and settles on the one they feel best fits their needs.
Experience Rating services.
The farmers using our call Dr. Service have also been provided with an SMS feedback channel, where they get to rate the service providers and professionals recommended to them.
